NBKB is growing and so I will be adding several classes beginning this week and to continue the trend I am offering 3 Intro classes this month.

Monday and Wednesday ongoing 10:00 to 10:45 am kettlebell conditioning

Thursday May 19th 6:30 to 8:00 pm Intro to Kettlebells
Saturday May 21 9:00 to 10:30 am Intro to Kettlebells
Thursday May 26th 4:00 to 5:30 pm Intro to Kettlebells
